C&C Construction Company was started in Tucson by Charles "Bud" Cardinal in 1972. Since that time we have dedicated ourselves to building superior-quality semi-custom & custom homes. C&C Construction builds both in our own communities and on individual homesites. Our Sales Staff can help you find property, choose one of the homesites in our community, or assist you in having a home built on your private land. With our in-house architectural services, C&C can build homes according to pre-drawn plans, modified plans, or help you customize you plans. All of our representatives are well-trained, knowledgeable, and have the ability to get answers to even your most challenging questions from the key people in the company.

After selecting C&C Construction to build your new home, we set up appointments for you with the color coordinator, mortgage lenders, The builder and Architect. Your sales representative shows you all the lots available and helps you choose the perfect home site for your needs. After you decide which homesite and home suits your needs, you meet with the Construction manager and/or the Builder to locate the best building location on your lot. After you have finalized all considerations, your home is staked out on the site, followed by another meeting with Nick or Bud in order to review the layout and make any changes for the optimum advantage with respect to views, lighting conditions, etc. Since we believe in the preservation of the natural desert vegetation, all grading is done after you have chosen the exact layout of the home.

The next step is making your color selections at our on-site design center. Finally, after all selections and customizations are done, our in-house staff completes the working drawings and submits them for municipality approval. You sit back and relax while we do the rest!
